EXCHANGE & RETURNS OF AN ORDER

You have the right to exchange or return an ordered item. However, we must be informed of this in advance by e-mail to info@babbediboe.be.

The item must be returned within ten days in the original packaging, in undamaged, unused condition and smoke-free. Information tags/labels/price tags must be attached to the product as delivered.

Shipping costs are not refundable.

The costs of return shipping are at your own expense. Babbediboe will only reimburse these costs if you received the wrong item or if the item was delivered damaged.

If you have taken advantage of discounts or promotions, you may no longer meet the promotional conditions after returning a number of items. If this is the case, this will be deducted from any refund, or you may still have to pay the difference. You will then be emailed a payment link for this.

We will refund you as soon as we have processed the return. We will refund you via the payment method you used to pay. If you paid with a voucher, gift voucher or shop credit, you will receive the money back in a voucher.

Returns not registered or with insufficient postage will not be credited.

Underwear and swimwear (for hygiene reasons) and items purchased during the sales period cannot be returned.
